A ready to use mix of 2 parts silver sands and 1-part non-hydraulic lime that is used as a finish coat plaster.
Made using industry leading hot mixing techniques that replicate the traditional methodology of stonemasons over the centuries. This gives a highly consistent material with properties that make it ideal for use in the conservation of historic properties.
The quick lime used is sourced from Buxton in Derbyshire, the purest form of lime available.
This product can only be used internally.
Description
Non-hydraulic plasters and mortars require exposure to carbon dioxide in the presence of moisture to harden, it is critical to ensure that these materials are used at the appropriate time of year and to protect them from drying too rapidly. Application guides are printed on all bags and are available to download from the technical page.
As a rough guide, allow 1 day per mm of thickness for setting, depending on relative temperature & humidity.
Supplied in 25kg bags.
Please Note: Due to being shipped on a pallet the minimum order is 3 x 25kg bags.
